I watched this movie named Peaceful Warrior last week and it blew me off! So much wisdom from a movie! Based on a novel by Dan millman, and acted by Scott Mechlowicz it shows the come back of an Gymanst after he goes through a accident and mental trauma.
I call myself a Peaceful Warrior…because the real battles we fight are on the inside
Knowledge is not the same as wisdom
Find the love in what you do.
The first realization of a warrior is not knowing.
There are no ordinary moments.
This moment is the only thing that matters.
Wake up! If you knew for certain you had a terminal illness…if you had little time left to live…you would waste precious little of it. Well, I'm telling you…you do have a terminal illness: It's called birth. You don't have more than a few years left. No one does! So be happy now, without reason…or you will never be at all
Find your answers from inside.
Those who are hardest to love are the ones who need it most.
And the ending notes , Absolutely stunning, I bet if we use the below line in our life everyday it would be much better, happier and positive than it is now.
Where are you? Here. What time is it? Now. What are you? This moment.
